What are the consequences for someone who debits money from my checking account without my authorization?

Nor was this person's name on my account. The total was $126.00, not much money but I did not authorize this person to debit out of my account for 4 different months in the amount of $30-35.00 each time. I didn't even know it was going on! I need answers!
