Do you know this anime?

I saw this anime about a year ago on com-cast on demand it was set in a world where everyone could use magic for a certain number of times. The protagonist goes to a privet school where every student has an extremely high number of times to use magic. You latter find out that the if the protagonist haves a child that child will have an incredibly large amount of magic this leads to him being chased by two girls from his school (I think one of the them is the schools president ) I think that another girl is seen naked in his dorm room...Please Help
