Saturn SL1 Misfire cyl 1?

I had a cracked intake manafold gasket on cyl 1 which was fixed by Saturn and it is way better, but there is still a small misfire you can hear listening to the exhaust (small random pops) compression tests came back good, new plugs and wires, injectors have been swapped and it stayed on cyl 1. anythoughts? one thought was computer or PCM. Mind you my car only has 52k miles on it and the cracked gasket seems odd with that low milage. thanks
