Im trying to color a pic and when i press save (onto my computer) it shows up blank when i try to view it. why?

im trying to color this pic http://criss-leto.deviantart.com/art/Samui-Cloud-Kunoichi-98386082 but when i right click, save picture as, then save, and then i look at my pictures, its blank and there is no picture. how do i fix this (im trying to save it on full view)
