What if you mail a lot of different agents and 2 or more reply?

I want to find an agent so they could help me get started on an amazing career.. I just want to know what to do if you mail a lot of different agents and some of them tried to set up an interview would you go to all of the interviews? What if they all put you in their agencies? I really want to become singer/actor I just am a little confused with all of it...?
