Do two people have to feel the same to be in love ?

no it won't work usually the person putting in the effort will end up with a broken heart and the other person who doesn't think too much of the relationship will walk away like their is no care in the world it's should all be 50/50 for it tobe healthy...My question why would you want to put in so much work and effort in a relationship when Your are the only one that cares about it? If the other person doesn't care much for the relationship why would you want it in the first place?
