Doctor no help.. any 1had this in early pregnancy?

i lost a baby 4months ago and have just found out i am pregnant again ive had a scan already and it shows im 6wks +3days on the scan it showed that my right ovary contained several tiny follicles but told this should not be a problem but this morning i woke up in alot of pain that has lasted about 4 hours i phoned my doctor and he told me only to go a&e if i had lost the baby would this pain be anything to do with my ovary why im in so much pain? has any one had this befor and had a on going pregnancy?? thank you xx
