Has anyone been in my situation before ?

Please could someone help ! We are desperate to conceive . I am 34 years old , and last September I had an Op to remove a fibroid , I originally went to the doc because my period were so irregular , and he scanned and I subsequently had the Fibroid removed . He has told me that I have some smaller fibroids but they are nothing to worry about , and he gave me a course or Provera to take to bring on AF - which it did and had 1 more AF about 3 weeks later in NOV . But since then I have had nothing and have no clue whether I'm ovulating . The Doc did give me a prescription for another course or Provera combined with Clomid . But I thought I would wait a few months and see if we could conceive naturally . My man and I have been been trying since December , and on the 19th FEB I noticed a very small amount of brown discharge and also on the 20th FEB - nothing since then , I've done 2 preg tests ( last one on Sunday ) , and I've made appointment to go to the doc ( only going next week ) , but does anyone think I could be pregnant at all ?
