I am so fed up of it!?

you can always keep the geography book and read it on your own time and learn about history taht way.(I do that a lot) and take media studies, which is a more hands on subject than geography. You need constant interaction in media studies than in geography ( I think lol). You have to commit to readin that geography book though, don't put it off or you'll lose out on a lot of information.
