Why doesn't my Mae B vibrator work?

I recently purchased a Mae B. Art o bration Vibrator and after charging for the 10 hours stated, still didnt work! I got a replacement and again after 10 hours chaging the product doesnt work. It is something Im doing wrong or not doing at all?
