Best airport for a layover: McCarran in Las Vegas, DIA in Denver, or George Bush Intercontinental in Houston?

Choosing between return flights from florida to arizona...all about the same time. I really enjoy layovers, so which airport would be the coolest? Vegas, Denver, or Houston?
