Help starting a moving company.?

I dont work ft, but make 30k annually. I want to buy a truck, a dig camera (to prove everything was delivered in hte condition we got it.) and hire my buddies and their buddies as the workers. Im only 2 so most pf my friends are in school or bums, and thus work for less then I can price the jobs. im just brainstorming, but i think i can make dsome good money over the next few years. thoughts please. detailed answers only. I dont want to hear no, I want to hear why i should or shouldnt and wwhat steps to take. mabey even partnering up with existing companies and taking some work off their hands?
