Is God really scientifically plausible (read on)?

The idea of a God is not scientifically pausible if you simply accept reductionist reasoning that we are simply a m of leptons and quarks and electrons etc all bound together in some sort of field. However, sine we don't know everything about the universe, other dimensions etc etc etc we can't say there is no God until we know everything. On the day that mankind knows everything, there won't need to be a God, because WE will be God!
